Ölbilder im Shop: Our Conditions of use (March 2006)

Pricing:
  • The artworks will made to the customers specification. The customer is in charge for the correctnes of the given information.
  • All product informations are general. Especially our which are made by hand can differ a little in details.
  • All data which is provided by the customer ar confident and will not be given to any other person.
  • For a correct reproduction of the photo as an oilpainting only written specifications can be thought as been given.
  • Nebenabreden bedürfen der Schriftform.


    • Prices:
  • All prices include the german VAT of 19%.
  • The delivery period starts with the money-transfer to our bank-account. The copyright must be held by the customer and therefore the customer is in charge for clearing all contingencies wich might break any copyright laws.
  • A delivery in parts is possible.
  • All paintings are painted by hand and therefore the prices can differ from the price been shown in the shop. Therefore it's possible that we claim a different final price than shown in the shop. If so we will inform the customer and ask for his accordance. If this case is given the agreement for sale will be closed if you agree for the new price.


    • Guarantee
  • The paintngs will be mad to the customers specifications. The realization of the given draft/photo is done by fully done by hand. Little differences of the painting of the given draft are possible. If possible and needed we will do changes on the painting to satisfy your needs without any extra charge. We are sorry to say that not all whishes can be realized but be shure that we will do our best to deliver a perfect painting. .
  • Our artist are professionals which paint for more than 15 years. The artworks are in general so perfect that we have very seldom request for changes on the given painting./li>

    Accountability for paintings
  • The paintings will be send with an proper assurance. We can't give you no further assurance than the given one by the delivering company (most of the time DHL).
  • Our paintings are subjected to our copyright. The customer is not allowed to be a reseller of our paintings unless anything else is agreed.

  • The jurisdiction is Krefeld


    • Ordering
  • Bilder-im-Shop.de does not accept any responsibility for ordering mistakes made by the customer or for any problems incurred in shipping.


    • Contract Completion
  • An order is considered to have taken place when the completed order form is transferred (sent) using the on-line order process. The contract is completed with the delivery of the lenses, independent of any confirmation of receipt of the order.


    • Data Protection
  • We consider data protection our obligation. The customer is informed in detail about type, scope, location, and purpose of the charges, and handling and use of the personal information (data processing) required for filling the order (see information on data protection). The customer agrees to the data processing.


    • Shipping Charges international: 4.71 GBP

    Liability
  • Any claims to guarantee fulfillment concerning complaints about obvious deficiencies that are not promptly reported are excluded. In cases of guarantee fulfillment, we are ready to supply a replacement. For replacement deliveries, we adhere to the same parameters as those for the original order.
